WORKSHOPS

Purchasing a Workshop

  1. Once you have purchased a workshop you will be given access to it, and any App that's included, for a specific time:
  • Online Theory Workshops for 3 months
  • Online Driving Workshops for 3 months
  • Online ADI Workshops for 12 months
  • Online Personal Training for 6 months
  • Online Confidence Coaching for 6 months

2. It is your responsibility to request more time if needed. You will not be charged for more if you have extra time.

3. The workshop belongs to the person who has purchased it. You MUST NOT give your access details to another party to see, copy or use the workshop.

Cancelling your Order

If you have purchased an Online Workshop that you have accessed and / or started to use in any way, you have no right to cancel your order.
You must request money back within 48 hours of purchase. Money back will be paid minus the Stripe fee.

Intellectual Property

You are not authorised to: copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Workshop Materials without prior written permission.

You are not allowed to: record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Workshop

Breach of these points by you shall allow us to immediately cease to provide you with any services, including but not limited to access to the Online Workshop.

 

CLASSES

Purchasing a Class

  1. £0.99 sign up fee is payable on your first month only
  2. Once you have subscribed to a class you will be sent emails with links to access the class recordings on Monday each week, by 11 am.
  3. Payments will automatically be taken on the same day each month.
  4. Payments will continue to be taken, until you cancel your subscription.
  5. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Refunds will not be given.
  6. Emails to see classes and subscriptions will not be sent to you, from the week your subscription ends.
  7. You may see 4 classes or 5 classes for 1-months fee, depending on when you start and end your subscription.
  8. The classes and recordings links are for use of the person who has purchased it. You MUST NOT give your access details to another party to see, copy or use the classes or recordings.
  9. Emails are scheduled using Mailerlite. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail before contacting the office.
  10. If you still cannot see your email, you must contact the office by email. Give your full name and the class you are subscribed to. You must contact the office before Friday at 12.30 pm.
